Thanks for the feedback. I found one of the chicks in his tank today. Who knows if he consumed the other. I found a seafood wholesaler who had 5 lbs. of live crawfish left. I bought 'em all (70-80, four-five inch crawfish) and dumped them in. He'll have some options when he decides to start eating.

:no worries man. my 8 incher was kept outdoors year round before i got him. hes still slow about eating and not real active, even though his temps are in the low 80s. just the time of year and their biological clock.
