PTS with mites..will they tranfer to other warmblooded pets?

I have a PTS with mites, that we are treating with warm water soaks, and coating the lizard lightly in veg. oil.
What I'm wondering is....we have had the skink out on our carpet, before we realized she had the mites...will my cats and dog now get them????
