Quarantine Facilities

I have a few questions about importing and quarantine:

I know mammals have to stay in AHPIS quarantine facilites when being imported from overseas but do reptiles/amphibians? I thought the USDA had no control over reptiles whatsoever. Is there some other agency involved with the importation of cold blooded animals from overseas?

If reptiles do have to be quarantined, what are the facilities like? Do they staff reptile experts? And how long are the quarantine periods?
