$8.75 is about the cost of an isulated box and heat pack IMO. The standard shipping fee for overnight shipping IS $25 up to a certain sized box and weight, if it just so happens to fall under those standards, then the shipper accually is able to not lose money on his shipping materials.

So I am going to say no, you shouldnt be refunded the 9 bucks.

Just my opinion.
