One gentleman told a story on how the same thing happened to him. But, F&W realized they weren't venomous and sent them on to the address where they were headed. That is a possibility. But, you could be fined and/or lose your shipping privilages through them. It depends what kind of mood they are in. I doubt anything more serious would occur.
