KSB baby feeding techniques?

Hi; I just got 2 baby KSB, 1 normal male, and I albino female, about 7in long, and I've read tons of care sheets over the past year or so, but I wanted to check in with you all and see what's working best for getting these guys to eat?

I've got a couple of small cloth bags to try and ventilated deli cups, but it seems that alot of people have luck feeding in the enclosure. My concern, of course, is substrate ingestion, so I figured I'd check in with you all before I start feeding.
