nope. I just put them in the container, hold the mouse in front of them with the forceps/tongs, they bite it and start constricting(some times I do have to tap them on the nose with the mouse). Then I put the lid on (with holes in it off course) and leave them be for 15-20 minutes. After they have eaten and the mouse is well down their bodies I put them in back in their cages. Maybe I just got lucky, but they have never refused a meal and never regurged.
