If you're already using a hotrock, and can't return it, here's what ya do. A.) unplug hotrock (this step is critical). B.) Take hotrock out of cage. C.) Cut power cord as close as possible to surface of hotrock. D.) return hotrock to cage.
Work with a good quality undertank heater and a rheostat, and you'll be in good shape!
