Baby Crested isn't eating!

I got a baby crested 2"long on sunday and it doesnt seem to be eating much. It has only eaten 2 1/4" crickets and not much peach baby food. Is this normal? How much sould he be eating? And can I offer him baby food with meat in it and waht kind?
