I don't know of any studies that have been done on cigarette smoke and reptiles, but your animals were only exposed for a short time. They will be fine. Long term exposer would be harmful.

:hey everyone . . i posted this on the leopard gecko forum earlier but would like some of your opinions too. So here goes:
:I just found out that my college roommate was smoking in our (small) bedroom this weekend while I was away. I have three leos and a crested gecko, and am concerned about their health. Before she moved in with me, she was made well aware not to smoke in the building, period. I have discussed it with her and told her that if she does it again, she will have to find somewhere else to live. Will this brief "encounter" with cigarette smoke have any effect on my geckos? Thanks in advance!
