Hi.
I smoke a pack a day, donīt worry, your geckoīs fine.
Your roomate would have to smoke heavily in the room for several months for your gecko to take any harm out of it at all, even then the "damage" would not be pemanent (temporary lower capacity to absorb O2 from the lungs).
Your gecko is a "second hand" smoker, when your roommate gets cancer you might want to check up on your gecko. Before that happens you donīt need to worry.
