With crested geckos being polymorphic, it's always a surprise to see what colour and pattern the hatchlings have. Many times I've been shocked at the colour differences between not only parents, but clutchmates. I'm working on a chart to show the colours and patterns in hatchlings from one of my ciliatus pairs. I'll add more examples as the clutches hatch, but for now there's a fairly good start. All told, so far I have 5 generations of cresteds to work with, I just have to find the pictures of the 'older' generations, and add them to the chart.
