I used to use a 2:1 Mix of Apricot or peach baby food and either turkey or chicken. That is 2 jars of the fruit to one jar of the meat. I use the sandfire superfoods now though. They have one for cresteds that you could have picked up at the show, or get at petco. To learn more about them got to the link i included
