Hey there,

If the diet is too thin the way you are mixing it, just compensate with a little less water until you get it the way you want. It will "seperate" if you have too much water, so just thicken it up a little. There is no reason you couldn't mix it 1:1 if you wanted to, it just gets a little tough to pour when its thicker. as long as you can pour it or use it the way you want, then you are fine. There is no necessary amount of water to "balance it or anything like that.

I have been on the road and will be back home next Tuesday. I know I have a lot of un answered mail from folks on here, and I will get on it when I settle in....
