I took my young adult male crestie out this evening and noticed the tip (about 1/2") of his tail is turning black, crusty and hard. I had him out two days ago and didn't notice anything abnormal. So far he hasn't had any problems shedding. He eats normally, I feed a mixed diet of dusted crickets and supplemented mango/bannana puree. He is housed with a young adult female who just began to lay. Please give me any information/insight you might have. If you require additional info that I may have left out, please ask. Thanks in advance.
