How do you keep the crix in the bowl? Do you put in the baby food too?

: If you've been reading here for a while you'll probably notice that I, as well as Mike are both strong advocates of bowl feeding. I think it's a good choice that you've made, and I'll give you some advice that will hopefully make the bwl feeding experience a more pleasant one.
:In my experience with smaller animals like yours, I originally had very spotty-eaters. I attributed this fact to the expanse of floor space they had to cover in order to find their food, so I tried bowl feeding, and like you I had the same poor results. For my own piece of mind, i waited a little longer, till thy were about 5 months until I tried again, this is because I wanted to make sure that they were feeding consistently before I made the change.
:For the first couple of days I had similar results to you, none, or one gone. But then I came up with an idea, if you put the loudest crickets in the bowl, the one's that you can't stand to listen to, and give the gecko one night with that loud cricket, it will ultimately teach him where the bowl is. All he has to do is follow the sound of the chirps to the bowl, and he's got his meal.
:If you notice that the cricket is gone in the morning, put some more in that night, and I'll guarantee that atleast a few of the crickets are gone.
