His tail fell off because flying elves screamed at him while you were out of the room either that or he need beano he farted and his tail fell off his head's next. Of course, it could be poop.

:I went up to spray my male crested bud today and his tail is laying on the ground!!! He was laying in his water bowl, half shed, without a tail! His tail is on the ground, with loose shed stuck to it. The tail broke off right at the base. Why did his tail come off????? Please help!
