I breed lobster roaches and my crestie loves the nymphs. They are a much healthier food than crckets and are super-easy to breed. They are pretty quick, but my cresty is quicker lol! He is without a doubt the most eager eater of any gecko I've ever had. Definitely not like my lazy leopard geckos!
