well, i decided i want to make a cage to display in my house, as i find my crested cages fake plants very unsightly.
anyway, my idea was to make an elevated nest box, that way you could get to it without knocking things over. Is it a good idea? or would the female just put the eggs on the ground?
i also wanted to start using live plants, any suggestions? i am using a 40 gallon breeder tank, which is about 2.5ft wide, and 1ft tall and 1ft deep.
I also am going to put in a waterfall, but i am not sure how to make one, so i may just buy one.
As for what the cage will look like, i want to have the waterfall in 1 corner, live moss on the bottom. Since the cage is only 1ft tall, i want to put some plants that look good, and are bushy enough for the geckos to hide in. The type of plants is what i need help with. I have no clue what type to use. Please give me some suggestions. thanks in advance
