The female barking is a warning to the male that she wants nothing to do with him, which means she is not ready/old enough to breed. The male is being aggressive not only because it is his personality but also because he is trying to force her. SOOO, do not but them together for a few months, she is just not ready and it is not worth the risk of injury. Maybe the beginning of the summer she will be more cooperative.
