Everything went great for the first 2 hours. They made lots of noises. Drako (male) made a sneezing noise and my female barked a lot when he came near. I have NO IDEA what those noise mean, but I thought you might. About half an hour into this experience he climbed all over her and things seem to be good. She even can out in the open and watched his every move. Then again he bit her in the head!! He let go a lot fast this time. Then about an hour after that he bit her again in the head. Each time she squeeled and tried to get away. The second one was the worst and I had to go to bed so I took him out. I'll keep trying....maybe he just needs to get use to being with another crested. He has been in no contact with another reptile for a year. Each time I put him in there he gets a little better.
I think he gets frustrated with her because when he goes from behind she turns her butt. Then he'll walk away and come back later. Plus, I noticed he who walk up to the screen and bump his nose against it like he wanted out. You could tell he was looking for a way out. Maybe he just got a little mad and took it out on her.
Oh and the whole time this was happening we were watching from a distances with a red light.
I have not idea and I really hope that we get through this aggressive pharse...if it is a phase. :(
Thanks for your help.
