To high is def more dangerous then to low for all Rhacs. Crested geckos should be kept in a room with ambient temps of around 75-78F. The best way to achieve those temps is heating the room with a small space heater or oil filled radiator. If that is not possible a low wattage red incandescent bulb will be fine as long as the ambient temps are not to low (mid to high 60’s)
