Handling 2 month Crested

I am getting a crested. On handling, it will be about 2 months old when I get it. Should I handle it often, or not so often. Are they the type of lizard that needs handling so they are used to the owner, OR like leopard gex which are really oblivious to being handled becuase they are so docile. I have heard varying methods on cresteds. CLUE ME IN PEEPS
