The general humidity of the room the geckos are in, plus a humid hide should be more then adequate. Spraying is fine to, just be careful not to over due it. If the cage does not have ample time to dry out, it will lead to health problems and bacterial/mold infections in the tank. Unlike New Caledonia our rooms (at least mine does�t..lol) do not have an ocean breeze to carry excess moisture away. Misting systems are more useful with amphibians and reptiles that require higher temps (which in turn dries the cage out quickly). Rhac�s do not need fancy heating devices and high temp lamps, so misting systems would prob be over kill.
