Humidity and misting systems?

Hello I was browsing the Chameleon forum and noticed alot of them use misting systems for the humidity. Does anyone here use a misting system for humidity? I think my humidity is around 50-65. I use a moist piece of moss in the corner of each cage.
Just wanted to see what you are all doing.
