I think it is kind of irresponsible to ship a gravid female but either way I hope you are ready for it =). Your setup of the nest box sounds great, and should suit your female crestie just fine. The heat lamp really isn’t necessary (unless your house is cold) but it can’t hurt. As far as how long crested geckos can retain sperm, I really don’t think enough studies have been done to determine an exact number. I personally have seen my girls lay for a few months in absence of the male. So long term sperm retention is possible. Good luck with them!
