ok, thanks....I guess then the question for me in time will really be "do I want a second Crested?" And right now I think I will be fine with just one (am I really saying that after just watching her eat peach baby food off a spoon!) Thanks for your thoughts....I appreciate it.

:Well when I have my pairs setup during the breeding season they are often found sleeping very near to each other. However I would not call this a “pal” relationship, they are just reptiles after all. But to answer your question there is no problem to house a male with a female or a female with a female. You just have to pay a little more attention to make sure everyone is eating all right and no one is stressed out. However most of the time they get along fine.
