From what I hear from you all, I feel like I'm the luckiest person alive. She has never once even looked like she was going to strike at me, or anything else that moves for that matter.

I hear what you're saying about WCs and color preferences...from what I hear about WCs, it's difficult to get them to eat period. My girl a CB and has always eaten f/t white mice. She's a good eater, and she's a chubby thing...just picky. :) I think she was just inadvertently "trained" that way due to feeder-fuzzface availability. I want to switch her from white mice to rats of any color...She's more than big enough. She could probably eat a full grown female but a male would be a stretch. :)

I don't think she's ever eaten anything feathered. Since she likes mice, I thought scenting the rats with mice would be best. Are you saying that you feel they naturally dispositioned to like birds?
