I've heard on this forum that their stomachs are as big as their heads, to answer how much. The variety that you are feeding is great, I don't remember mine eating any lettuce until they were older, but keep trying. You provide the selection, they'll show what they like/need. If the lettuce is getting soggy, certainly replace it, but otherwise it's a good place to take cover.
