Some wild RES will eat rocks for some mysterious reasons but to be on the safe side it is a good idea to remove the rocks...your turtle should at this point really enjoy eating veggies, offer anacharis, boiled bok choy, and other leafy greens...things like crab make a good occasional treat (maybe just once a week covered in calcium powder?). Since RES are freshwater turtles I do not recommend that much seafood (I limit shrimp to just one per week as a treat).
