well i'm only going on the 3rd week of having my turts. After the first week i did a totally change cause my water WAS cloudy but that was cause being the novice that i am, i didn't have the filter set up correctly. Then last week i did about a half change cause i jsut got the python and i wanted to try it but it was def'n not needed. The water is still totally clear now, so i don't think i need to change it, but i'm going to test it for ammonia and pH and stuff later tonight and just make sure all that stuff is ok. Then i'll probably rinse one of the sponges on the filter and that will be it. I am pretty happy its not any where near the work i thought it would be to keep it clean.
How often do you do yours?
