It sounds like a cestode or tapeworm. Unsegmented types are not uncommon in the coelomic cavities of wild caught chelonians. There are several genera within the order of Proteocephalidea containing segmented worms that parasatize reptiles.. Praziquantel 5 to 8mg is probobly the best treatment for this. Be sure of what you have...Let me know what your vet says..
:Is it a worm? Catch it! Place it in a bag or container w/ water...if possible get a fecal sample from your turtle and keep it in water too...call your vet for an appointment...this may be an internal parasite. Only your vet can weight and administer panacur (at least twice)...be prepared to thoroughly clean your tank + filter with very warm water to kill anything else living in the tank...good luck and keep us posted
