turt ramps and basking

I was wondering about turtle ramps. They seem like the most effective, better then rocks that can scratch the turts shell. Does anyone know how much they go for?

Also, Is it best to have a basking area in a separate tank rather then in the same tank with all the water. And would the turtle ramp work with a tank (with water) as a basking area?
