My turtle prefers to just use the ramp as a way of getting on the cork. Like I said the cork's rough texture is perfect cuz the bottom of his shell gets dry too...once in a while he'll sleep on the part of the ramp which is underwater and he'll stick the tip of his nose above water---he is so lazy :)
