:You can feed earth worms but be espeically careful because these tend to be longer and more difficult to eat sometimes. Also, pay close attention to where you get the earthworms. Most bait shops store earth worms in potting soil that is sprayed with stuff or is generally not good for the turtle. I've heard rumors of turtles getting ill as a result of eating worm in the store bought poting soil stuff.
:I get all my worms from an a bulk supplier. Much, much cheaper doing it this way. If your interested I'll be glad to give you the name of person I go with.
