Another question about the lettuce

Our female RES took a couple of tries to start eating lettuce, no she devours it. I have seen a couple of people say they keep lettuce in the tank all of the time. Since ours loves it, how much is too much? Please throw me some suggestions. She only gets pellets 2-3 times a week, the rest of the time is leafy green lettuce, romaine lettuce, skinned grapes, some small amounts of carrots, maybe a small piece of strawberry (without seeds).
