There is always a chance of a given object causing an internal blockage, however, I doubt that this will occur with a small leaf. It will likely pass through the digestive system and not cause any harm.

To prevent accidents & injuries through accidental ingestion in the future, you may want to feed in a separate feeding enclosure, or place (prekilled/thawed) prey items on a feeding tray. Also, pay close attention to the substratum, as small pieces tend to get attached to the furr of the prey item, and can then be swallowed by the snake.
