Help! FWC ate a leaf!

Hey everyone, I just fed my FWC a little while ago. Well, after eating the mouse i gave him, I guess he decided that wasnt enough and started munching on a leaf from one of the plants i have in his cage. I tried to get to him to take it away, but that only made him try to get it down faster. I managed to slide the stem out of his mouth before he got down to the rest of the plant, butt the leaf broke off and went down. He is about 28 inches long, and the leaf he ate was about 2.5 inches long and 1.5 inches wide, although it got folded and crumpled up while he was stuffing it in his mouth. I just want to know if this is a problem, like if it will cause any intestinal blockages or anything, and if it will, what I should do about it. Also, I took the plants out of his cage after it happened.
