Yes, I think you should move her to a smaller cage like a plastic shoebox, with a dry substrate that she can hide in. Aspen is fine. Put a piece of newspaper in there for her to hide under (or toilet paper roll or whatever she can hide under but feel very secure.) Give her time to get her digestive system back on track before you try feeding her. Good luck.
