western coachwhips/eastern yellowbellies

Does anyone know the best way to locate and catch western coachwhips? I have seen 1 live one last year, but it streaked off into some open/floodplain woods near the trinity. I have caught baby yellowbellied racers, but would like to find and catch adults for photography. Any replies appreciated!
