Two unidentified baby snakes.

Recently i found two baby snakes close to each other. They were discovered under the bark of cut down tree. The tree went into the water and i found them at least six feet out. They are mostly black with white stripes. Central Mass, somebody please help. They are about six inches long. also, how can i send a pic of them?
