Coachwhips are known to eat snakes. It seems unlikely to me that a coachwhip could (or would try to) eat a snake as long as it is, but... I wouldn't try it. Also, given that coachwhips are somewhat nervous snakes to begin with, I doubt that yours would take well to be housed with another snake, stress-wise. My advice: just bite the bullet and buy another cage!
