Can i get some info on slides?

Hey all, im useing a digtil camera right now, its a fuji finpix 3800 3.2 mega pixle, and i have over 8000 shots in the past few years (from my old camera) and 1500 that i have taken in 2 months, on my really good shots of my herps i have blowen up to 8x10 and frame it in my reptile room (i want to have a good picture of each herp) But can have them put on slides? and do you use a projecter to vew them? If so how much is it. Well thanks for any imput.
