I've tried to include a picture(hope it works). No pus or blood. I do see I piece of loose skin when he's in the water. He becomes active when I change the water but he is definitely lethargic and seems to stay submerged and doesn't lift his head out like other hatchlings I've seen. He has not eaten the hatchling pellets I bought that I can tell. I will try your food suggestions and tilt his tank. Will the basking light keep the water temp up or do I need a heater? Thanks for your help I'll keep you updated.
