The Cherry Hill shows aren't around anymore because the whole line of Vicky Clark pet expos has pretty much faded out. SHe doesn't do them anymore.
The MAIN reason for the lack of shows in NJ really has to to with exotic permitting issues. Every vendor at the show would have to posses a NJ state vendor's (pet shop)permit which costs about a 100 bucks. For those vendors coming from out of state (like 90% I'm sure) the overhead costs would be astronomical. The sales of state threatened or endangered animals would also be sticky I'm sure.
Hopefully, one day NJHS will be big enough where we'll have enough support to put pressure on this permitting issue and maybe start up a long-needed string of shows.
