Why no more reptile shows?

I haven't been into herping in awhile, probably 5 years and I was looking for any herp shows in NJ and it seems they don't have them anymore. 5 years ago they had them at the NJ Convention Center in the Raritan Center and at the Garden State Raceway i think it was around Cherry Hill. Is it illegal now for these shows to go on? I mean when I went there was unbeleivable turn outs. Just wondering, thanks.
