sick pet store

Can i have some advise as to what i should do about what i seen in the petstore today . Well what i seen was some very very sickly geckos about 5 in plain sight . But im sure theres more under the logs.I traded a python for one of these a few days ago not realizing that she wont eat a thing and that it looks like she will be taking a trip to the vet next week. But what should do about that awful sight ?????????????????
