Permits

Quick question here guys. I know you need a permit to keep exotic animals, but do you need another permit if you want to sell one? Like an exotic sellers permit or something? I have a 20 inch green basilisk which doesn't get along with her cagemate, so I wanted to put an ad in our local paper or something, but I don't want to be breaking any laws.

I live in Sussex County, NJ.
