Was it your intention to somehow export U.S. igs needing sanctuary down to Guatamala? My understanding is that when igs come to the states, it's a one way trip... but I could well be wrong.

There's so many considerations (health, quarantine, vet. care, etc., etc., etc., that creating a sanctuary is pretty daunting - but perhaps not if they can essentially 'go free' - something they can't do up here obviously.
