hi every one

It looks good for VA to be setting up a booth or table Sept 11 at Farmers Market Country Fair. I've done some thinking about what we will need and I know that it came up in the chat last night. I only attended one event, but I enjoyed myself and I learned what kind of questions we receive. I though we could all share ideas.

As for what I learned:
Some individuals will have no idea what that Ig is.
Others will have one who isn't being taken care of.
Some had an Ig who died.
Still others were given one that was sick.
Others want to know how good it is with chidren.
Most adults want their child to see the iguana
Someone will have seen the NIAD website.
Almost everyone will ask what it eats and what we house it in.

Ideas for Table:
Empty box for Iguana light 5.0
Ig Manual
Internet Sample material
pictures of cages

Maybe a display of what not to get:
Heat rocks, Liquid sun (Two stores told me Igs don't need UVB light if they get liquid sun), ten gallon tank, etc.

Care Sheets

Business cards for a reptile vet.

I was thinking of making a poster with trading posts with Igs for sale highlighted. There will be at least 5 people who will say "iguana abuse. I never heard of iguana abuse"
